The Intracoastal Christmas Regatta is my pet charity. I have worked on this fund-raising event
since 1989. The Intracoastal Christmas Regatta is the "Original" holiday maritime parade for the Grand Strand. Begun by Susie Watson and Poo McLauchlin, the regatta
provides a festive, unique beginning to the holiday season. Proceeds from the regatta benefits a charity program designed
to provide new toys, clothing and money for the children of Horry County less fortunate than ourselves. Please visit the regatta
website and help if you can. The goal each year for the Intracoastal Christmas Regatta Committee is to be bigger and better
than the year before. The Intracoastal Christmas Regatta, is always scheduled for the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
